Meet Ameena
Founder of Sahra&Soulameena pirzada
Asalaamu alaikum! I’m Ameena, the founder of Sahra&Soul. I decided to launch the collective with our first hike in October ‘25, with a group of women in the Shenandoah mountains. It began as simple calling in my heart to uplift every woman to seek her true potential. To seek validation only from the timeless, from what remains through thick and thin- your Creator, and yourself. Today, Sahra&Soul has grown to become a limitless collective of women from all walks of life- here to seek what matters most. Alhamdulillah, I’m so grateful you’re here. When I'm not planning Sahra&Soul adventures, you'll find me in the classroom teaching- I'm a 3rd grade public school teacher, and love what I do with all my heart. I'm the eldest sister of 5 siblings, and was born and raised in Virginia! I also love playing soccer, and launched Soul Strikers Football Club in 2026. I've had the opportunity to travel on my own from a young age, and learning about the beautiful world that Allah created for us to explore is a great passion of mine. Alhamdulilah, I'm beyond grateful to be on this journey with each and every one of you. My goal is simple: to help YOU recognize the vastness of your potential. To stand by you as you look within and discover all you're truly capable of; for the sake of Allah, and the one person you truly have until the end- you.

Personal trainer
For over 10 years now, strength training has been a huge part of my life. From playing soccer to stepping into the world of weight training, from archery to Muay Thai- developing a relationship with my strength changed my relationship with Allah and myself forever. My mission for Sahra&Strength is to help every woman seek the vastness of her strength; to push her limits and grow true strength from within. My father has always been my biggest inspiration, as the one who pushed me, encouraged me, and reminded me of all that I'm truly capable of. Having 4 daughters, he taught us from a young age that being strong is synonymous with being women; that we're meant to grow, learn, make noise, and take up space even if we're told not to. He challenged the expectations of this dunya and reminded us that Allah wants us to seek our fullest potential. From being my first soccer coach to helping me use the squat racks when I was too scared to go on my own, I'll always thank him for being my biggest supporter.Whether it's online or in person training, a scalable strength program, or workouts to enhance your performance as an athlete- I'm here to meet you where you are, and help you seek your potential. Because with Sahra&Strength, Your Strength is Vast.
